Any parent who has a child with special needs attending a mainstream primary or special school, where the parent association is a member of NPC.

The best advocate that your child has is you. If not you, then who?
How do I become a member of the Group?
When your parent association becomes a member of NPC there is a form that must be filled out, there is a section on this form for a Parent of a child with special educational needs, this should be filled out with your details.
