Parents as Partners, NPC's new Strategic Plan 2018-2022 has been developed to build on our resolve to seek the best possible outcomes for children in primary education. Over the last number of decades there has been a wealth of research which shows the difference that partnership between home, school and communities can make in the educational outcomes for children. As the National Parents Council for parents of children in primary school this research is of vital importance to us in charting our way forward over the next 5 years.
